Dylan Rainey

Dylan is the Manager of the Technical division of Morgan McKinley, leading a team who provide technical recruitment solutions for the leading multinationals and SME’s in the GCC region. The division comprises four desks that cover positions in Construction & Design Engineering; IT & Telecommunications; Logistics & Supply Chain; and Manufacturing & Operations. His team also provide specialist recruitment for military contractors in remote or hostile locations such as Afghanistan, Sudan, Chad and Iraq. Dylan began working in the technology sector in 1999 and after five years decided to put his sector knowledge to good use by embarking on a technical recruitment career in Ireland, where he specialised in Construction and Engineering. After four years working with clients across Europe, he relocated to Dubai in 2008 to further his technical sector experience. He has grown Morgan McKinley’s Technical division to become a leading name in the field. Dylan has a genuinely international background, having grown up in Ireland, then going to university and beginning his career in Germany. He continued his working life back in Ireland before relocating to Dubai.
